Sam sighed...he knew better than to argue with
Red when she was in one of her fiery moods...he hadn't seen her like this in a
long time...quietly he helped get Wolf into their ship...
With Wolf seated and secure Red walked over to the instruments and started up the engines...it never ceased to amaze her how much she had learned in such a short time...the world...nay the universe and beyond was hers to explore ...
The controls whirred under her hands as she set a course for faraway stars...the final knob turned and button pushed...Red sat down and watched as they gently rose into the air and then in a shwoosh...stars appeared left and right..
As Red sat and watched the stars fly by she thought of all that had happened between her and Wolf...The days of Frogs and princes...heartache and tears...back even further to a time long ago when they had first begun...Red's eyes fluttered closed and as a few tears fell...Red slept...
Sam took over the controls quietly so as not to disturb Red...she needed to rest...life had been hard for her for so long...he didn't know how this was going to turn out...
