Happiness...Joy...you just have to choose to be happy...happy with what you have...happy with who you are...and where you are in life...find joy in the simple things...the laughter of a child...smiles and hugs...it's all up to you...you can either be happy or unhappy...your choice...so what will it be....what will you choose....if you really believe you can have and do anything you want...and just act as if you already have arrived...such simple thoughts....so hard to put into action...
I've read all the books...all the advice for being happy...finding joy...moving on...so easy to give advice...so hard to take...especially when your heart says different...you want to go one way...but the trust isn't there...it's been broken...so how do you repair?
Today I will choose Joy...I'll wake up tomorrow to a new day and have renewed faith in life...be happy with what I have...where I am in life...be happy with who I am with...even if some things aren't right...missing...someday I'll find them...somewhere...
